Barry and I are amazed at how many organizations have asked us to do seminars to teach students and instructors how to use the tips and ideas in Practicing Sucks.  They really work. Two weeks to go!!

Practicing Sucks But It Doesn’t Have To! has gone to press and will be on the bookshelves in two weeks. Phyllis Sdoia-Satz and Barry Satz will be conducting a seminar based on the information in Practicing Sucks on October 19, 2009 from 9 AM to 12 noon at Miami Shores Elementary School, located at 103rd Street & N.E. 5th Avenue.  The event is free and open to all elementary music instructors in the Miami Dade area. Teachers will be given educational credit for attending the seminar.
